A realistic 30-day check-in

This is the part sales pages skip. In the first fortnight the honest expectation is that you will notice nothing at all.

There is no stimulant here to produce a same-day effect. The B vitamins and magnesium may do something quickly if you were genuinely deficient, but most people are not, and would not feel the correction as a distinct event anyway.

Did you actually take it daily? If you missed a third of the days, you have not run the test and another month is a reasonable thing to try.

Is there anything you could point to? Not a feeling, but something specific. If not, note that the brand asks for 30 to 90 days, and the refund window closes at day 60. Those two facts are in tension, and the decision is yours to make somewhere in between.

And the thing worth doing regardless. If your memory has changed in a way that genuinely worries you, thirty days of a supplement is not the right experiment. Book an appointment. Thyroid problems, B12 deficiency, depression, sleep apnoea and even untreated hearing loss all present this way and all are treatable once identified.
