The guarantee

The window opens on the day of purchase and runs 60 days. Unconvinced within it? Raise a refund through the seller's own support channel.

Do this on day one

The day your order lands, set a reminder for day 60. Thirty seconds of work, and the only lever in this process you hold yourself. Forgotten deadlines cost buyers far more refunds than rejections ever have.

Worth planning around

Cover ends on day 60 while the 3 and 6-bottle supplies last 90 and 180 days respectively. In both cases bottles will still be sealed when cover ends, so the judgement has to be made around bottle two.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Find the order number on the confirmation email you were sent.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Follow their instructions to the letter and keep any tracking receipt safe.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Give it a handful of working days from approval. After that your bank dictates the pace — generally another seven to ten working days before the money appears.

Damaged or wrong orders

Photograph anything that arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong and send it to support the same day. Those claims sit on their own track and should not shorten your guarantee period.

Official orders only

The guarantee attaches to official-checkout purchases only. Resellers and marketplace listings carry nothing, and an order placed there leaves no trace in the seller's system to claim against.
